Uno dei suoi dipendenti, l'autista, tralaltro un persona maleducata, con scusa che loro non scaricano i materiali per i suoi clienti, a iniziato a urlare, bestemmiare e tutto il palazzo si affacciò !!! Comunque sono modi diversi di parlare come persone educate, questo invece non voleva saperne, anzi aveva un coltello per tagliare del nastro adesivo, e lo faceva girare per intimidire!!! Personale estremamente cortese e altamente professionale, sempre disponibili ad ascoltare le esigenze al cliente e a consigliare le scelte migliori (anche a livello economico). Ci sono stati alcuni imprevisti durante l'esecuzione dei lavori, dovuti alle ditte esecutrici, e loro hanno accolto i nostri problemi riprendendo indietro anche della merce già acquistata, per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. La consegna è stata precisa e puntuale, massima accuratezza nel controllare che tutto il materiale fosse arrivato senza danni o graffi (è l'autista che controlla singolarmente ogni pezzo prima di consegnarlo). Due mattonelle sono arrivate rotte, e sono state sostituite gratuitamente. Niente da dire, solo il massimo dei voti e lo consiglierei a tutti. Two tiles arrived broken, and were replaced free of charge. Nothing to say, just top marks and I would recommend it to everyone.
