Un ambiente accogliente, familiare, dove dedicare del tempo a se stessi, dove ritrovare la propria concentrazione, dove incontrare belle persone capaci di regalare grandi sorrisi. Le insegnanti Barbara, Alessandra, Chiara e Daniela sono le colonne portanti di questo centro yoga - che io frequento da 2 anni e che sento ormai un pò casa :)
Consiglio il centro yoga Atman a chiunque voglia avvicinarsi alla yoga e conoscerlo nella sua totalità!
Along one of the most famous shopping streets in Florence, a corner of peace and serenity. A welcoming, family environment, where you can dedicate time to yourself, where you can rediscover your concentration, where you can meet beautiful people capable of giving great smiles. The teachers Barbara, Alessandra, Chiara and Daniela are the pillars of this yoga center - which I have been attending for 2 years and which I feel a bit like home :)
I recommend the Atman yoga center to anyone who wants to approach yoga and get to know it in its entirety!
