★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non soddisfatto per quel che ho avuto a che farci per la registrazione di un contratto di locazione e di una pagina di scritture private proposte dall'agenzia immobiliare per l'elenco della mobilia rivelatosi non dettagliato e non esaustivo (in pratica tramite email, prima della registrazione del contratto di locazione chiedevo che le scritture riguardanti l'elenco della mobilia fossero registrate come parte integrante del contratto, dato che per l'agenzia immobiliare non c'era nessun problema alle mie richieste, quindi 6 pagine anziché 5) e chiedevo altresì di sapere che cosa ne ostacolasse questo tipo di registrazione. Non mi è dunque piaciuto come risposta, l'affermazione dello studio: "(l'inventario degli arredi lo ha firmato Lei)".
D'ORA IN AVANTI MAI MI PRESENTERÒ PRESSO AGENZIE IMMOBILIARI PER FIRMARE ELENCO DEL MOBILIO ALLA TIRA VIA tramite scritture tra privati, ma solo elenco mobilio nel contratto di locazione in cui la responsabilità è anche dell'agenzia immobiliare se qualcosa non torna.
Ovviamente, dunque non consiglio proprio questo studio legale!
Not satisfied with what I had to do with it for the registration of a lease and a page of private writings proposed by the real estate agency for the list of furniture which turned out not to be detailed and not exhaustive (in practice via email, before the registration of the lease agreement I asked that the writings concerning the furniture list be registered as an integral part of the contract, since for the real estate agency there was no problem with my requests, therefore 6 pages instead of 5) and I also asked to know what hindered this type of registration. I therefore did not like the response of the studio: "(the inventory of the furnishings was signed by you)".
FROM NOW FORWARD I WILL NEVER SHOW ME AT REAL ESTATE AGENCIES TO SIGN LIST OF FURNITURE TO TIRA VIA through writings between private individuals, but only furniture list in the lease agreement in which the responsibility is also of the real estate agency if something does not add up.
Obviously, so I don't really recommend this law firm!
