This kind of craftsmanship is all but gone here in the USA and I have a great appreciation for this talent and have decided to make this my go-to store for gifts and special needs. ❤ this great find and to me its worth the trip to Floence to see all the other treasures the city has to offer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are shops selling "leather" bags all over Florence, most are clearly importing fake leather and counting on tourists to buy their low quality products.
Roberta Firenze is different, when you walk in the shop you're greeted by someone who knows leather. They provide various swatches and show the durability of each and give suggestions on what you want to use each bag for. The gentleman at the counter answered every question my wife had with a level of expertise that showed he was passionate about this family owned business.
The prices are beyond reasonable, if you're looking for a genuine leather bag from a family owned shop (that is actually Made in Italy) Roberta Leather should be your first stop. My wife loves her bag, it will be a reminder of the wonderful time we had in Firenze for years to come.

Their leather and craftsmanship is superior to other shops with a reasonable cost and their designs are different and not something you see in other leather shops. And OH my Gosh!!!! THE COLORS!!!! This year I bought Orange and Yellow too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter recently had the good fortune of visiting Florence and shopping at Roberta Firenze’s leather goods store.
She brought me back a wonderful black leather credit card wallet that I absolutely love.
The leather is soft and supple yet allows for me to store my license/credit cards and a few bills without losing its shape nor its low profile.
It fits comfortably in my front or rear pants pocket with being obtrusive.
Now I need to go back in the near future to get one in brown leather….which will, I’m sure, turn out to be a very good opportunity to visit the incredible city of Florence but also Roberta Firenze and pick up a few leather goods for myself and my wife!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a beautiful handcrafted bag from Roberta Firenze in the mail. The bag is gorgeous and priced so reasonably. It arrived more quickly than things I order right here in the US. Not only was my bag beautiful, it was packaged so lovely with such care and thoughtfulness. They even sent me a handwritten thank you card for my purchase. I had messaged them several questions prior to ordering; they always replied right away. The quality of goods and professionalism of this business is unheard of these days. It is nice to know places offering high quality products and impeccable service are still in existence. I will definitely be ordering another bag soon. Magnificent!

I get the best service and experience from the store owners, that I feel like I am at a luxury goods store. Roberta Firenze is truly a gem in the city of leather! I definitely recommend going to this store above other stores or vendors because of the high quality leather goods, and prices- nothing beats it. The bags that I have purchased over the years, have remained timeless and great condition. If you are unable to come physically to the store, I also recommend checking out their website store too!
