The service was fantastic and the atmosphere is romantic. This restaurant is on the pricier side but is highly worth it if you are looking for a special night with unforgettable food. We will definitely be visiting again when we return to Florence.

The owner and the staff have built an welcoming restaurant for all tastes. Not only felt like I was a distant cousin from the family, my drinks were tailored by the cocktail master, and the dishes beautifully designed and prepared. Both exhibit achieved technique and respect for the craft. Everytime there, I felt warmly welcomed. Thank you, all!

Frederico at the bar is a maestro and very proud of his craft (for good reason). It will be hard to get a table without a reservation, but if you go early enough you can eat at the bar. We broke a personal rule about going to the same restaurant twice. Obviously, it was worth it.

Don’t be afraid to ask for their excellent advice on how to pair the delicious food with drink selections. If I had only one more night to live, I would eat here! And my selection would be to start with the creamy onion flan, then the classic spaghetti, as main the perfect tournedos Rossini, and to finish the tiramisu and the chocolate and truffle dessert. As for wines, ask the resident expert Primo, he’ll know how to pair these delicious treat with an amazing selection of wines. Honestly, this place deserves 3 michelin stars!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, easily answering our questions (in English) and providing recommendations. I've never seen a waiter take so much care in opening a bottle of wine. The onion flan with truffles was just delightful; my husband ordered the octopus which was good but a little tough. We split the pici, and then had the venison (spectacular, and we're coming from a country where we eat a lot of game meat) and the shrimp curry (surprisingly delicious). The tiramisu was divine. My only regret is that we were only able to visit once. Very highly recommended!
