T	Tim Slough on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location. Enjoy your stroll through the small but beautiful alleyways to this quaint piazza. The food was great and the service was good. The house specialty - pear and Roquefort tortellini pasta did not disappoint. Amazing combination. The prosciutto antipasto was amazing. Very enjoyable evening.

Then we chose the Fiorentina meat which was excellent and so well cooked ! To finish with, we had Tiramisu which was also exquisite. One good restaurant to do in Firenze !

It may seem like a strange combination, but the pear & ricotta fiocchi were amazing and the rest of the food was delicious as well! We really liked the location of the restaurant too, because it was a little quieter and less hectic than other parts of Florence (even though it's only a street or two over from the busy areas). This was nice because we felt less rushed and more relaxed and could enjoy our meal and conversation. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone in Florence. It's a must visit!

Sadly, €2 for a carafe of tap water and €3 cover charge for plain bread (not served with olive oil or vinegar) were disappointing. Menu was only in Italian. The waiter would explain it in English, in a bit cold manner. They did not have the typical Tuscan dish of tagliatelle with fungi porcini.

The salad with anchovies and burrata was an especially big hit and the fried artichokes were the best I’ve ever had. The polpo was just divine. There are heat lamps in the outdoor seating area. Make a reservation or arrive very early.
