La Sig.ra Barbara è fantastica, ci ha fatti sentire subito ben accetti...abbiamo apprezzato tutto della sua ospitalità. Cucina e bagno completamente attrezzati e letti comodi dove riposare dopo una giornata da turisti. Vi consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione per soggiornate a Firenze. Grazie ancora Barbara...famiglia Scozzaro. The two-room apartment is a favor and is perfect for 4 people + dog. The location is exceptional ... a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and Palazzo Pitti. Mrs. Barbara is fantastic, she immediately made us feel welcome ... we appreciated all of her hospitality. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and comfortable beds to rest after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Florence. Thanks again Barbara ... Scozzaro family.
S	Silvia Tartari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento centralissimo a due passi da Ponte Vecchio e dal centro storico. Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo alloggiato in quello con il soppalco. Molto carino e ben accessoriato, davanti c'è un bar molto trendy dove far colazione e mangiare qualcosa. Ci tornerei sicuramente, i proprietari sono deliziosi e il rapporto qualita' prezzo ottimo. Per il parcheggio consiglio di chiedere ai proprietari che vi indicheranno la soluzione migliore visto che è in zona ztl (noi abbiamo parcheggiato in un garage abbastanza vicino ad un buon prezzo). Very central apartment a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio and the historic center. There were 4 of us and we stayed in the one with the mezzanine. Very nice and well equipped, in front there is a very trendy bar where you can have breakfast and something to eat. I would definitely stay here again, the owners are delightful and the value for money is excellent. For parking, I recommend asking the owners who will show you the best solution since it is in the restricted traffic area (we parked in a garage close enough for a good price).

In the apartment, although there are 3 rooms, there is no wardrobe, so if you plan to unpack your luggage, you have no place to put your clothes on. For those who want to keep the windows open, they need to know that from morning till night there is noise, the apartment smells constantly like cooked food from the nearby restaurant and is full of mosquitoes because the windows have no insect protection.Even if the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, the owner did not provide remote controls although outside were 30 degrees and the apartment was warm. Upon arrival, a lady in charge asked us for the passports to take pictures of its, collected the cash for the accommodation, without giving us the invoice. When we asked for the invoice, we were again asked for passport data. We have not been sent the bill until now. Lady in charge was extremely rude when I asked about the lack of wifi and although I paid for a wifi location, I did not benefit from this service for 4 days. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the apartment faces an inner courtyard, the coverage for mobile data was extremely difficult. For those accustomed to accomodation in hotels, the bed linen in the apartment is extremely dubious, there is no sheets for blankets and the linen is in all the colors of the rainbow only white is not.
