★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested Caratello Florence office to arrange for personal items to be air shipped to Saudi Arabia Dammam Saudi Cargo on June 20, 2019. I was surprised when the cost of shipment is 1200 Euro while the total wieght is only 77 KG. I did similar shipment in the past from London and from Munich with less than half of this cost (around 400 Euro). Since I had no other choice due time limitation, I paid the 1200 Euro. Who ever is going to do similar air shipment using Caratello Florence Office should be ready to pay huge cost. The shipment was received in Saudi Arabia Dammam Cargo on July 1st, 2019.

History of mixing up packages to addresses, overcharging for weights and refusing to provide proof, and using grocery store boxes to send gift items instead of plain brown packing boxes- and when confronted they refused to accept this was poor quality and in fact blamed me for not specifying I didn't want used grocery boxes for shipping gifts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid this company through a third party app in order to store our luggage. We arrived at the exact time we were supposed to come, only to see that the shop was "close for a few minutes". After waiting for 20+ minutes and calling the 2 numbers available (to no help), we had to leave and change our plans. Would not recommend even.
