Abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare il loro servizio in occasione di un trasferimento e tutto è andato meglio del previsto (hanno addirittura integrato un imballo di una chitarra che avevo insufficientemente protetto) . Consigliatissimo!!!
Impeccable service. Punctuality, courtesy and great attention to the customer at an absolutely honest price. We had the opportunity to appreciate their service on the occasion of a transfer and everything went better than expected (they even integrated a box of a guitar that I had insufficiently protected). Highly recommended !!!

Ho spedito uno specchio da Firenze a Roma, avevo messo in conto che il vetro si sarebbe potuto scheggiare, ma la cornice in metallo dello stesso forzatamente piegata a 45 gradi no. Specchio e cornice completamente da buttare. Inizialmente mi hanno anche detto che un'assicurazione avrebbe rimborsato almeno una parte dei danni. Dopo circa un mese, non avendo avuto più alcuna notizia, li ricontatto e mi dicono che si erano "dimenticati" di avvisarmi che l'assicurazione non avrebbe pagato nulla.
IMBARAZZANTI!!Vivamente sconsigliato, a meno che non abbiate voglia di far fuori un po' di oggetti ai quali tenete!
Bad service. I sent a mirror from Florence to Rome, I had taken into account that the glass could have been chipped, but the metal frame of the same forcedly bent at 45 degrees no. Mirror and frame to be completely thrown away. Initially they also told me that an insurance would repay at least part of the damage. After about a month, not having had any news, I contact them again and they tell me that they had "forgotten" to warn me that the insurance would not pay anything.
HORRIBLE! Strongly discouraged, unless you want to take out a few items you care about!

Prosperi che, in un tardo sabato pomeriggio, ha effettuato in poco tempo e con estrema precisione un trasporto che abbiamo richiesto senza alcun preavviso, a causa di una necessità sorta inaspettatamente. E' un'azienda che consigliamo per aver constatato direttamente la serietà, la disponibilità e la precisione.
