Clean and tidy spacious workshop managed in a careful and professional manner. Competence and kindness as well as such warmth by Lorenzo and his entourage ... honesty in prices ... great service of scooters and motorcycles bmw but not only, of course ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente il migliore! guido scooter da quando avevo 16 anni, ho dovuto, per forza di cose, rivolgermi nel tempo a varie officine per tagliandi, controlli e riparazioni e le esperienze sono state spesso molto negative. pur non capendo molto di meccanica mi rendevo conto di quando mi trovavo di fronte davanti ad un servizio poco professionale. ho scoperto dna moto quasi per caso e adesso so che se e quando avrò bisogno di una riparazione per il mio scooter potrò avere un servizio professionale e curato. il proprietario ti accoglie in officina sempre con un sorriso e si è sempre mostrato più che professionle. per me è semplicemente il migliore!!! affidategli i vostri scooter e le vostre moto senza nessuna remora!
Simply the best! I have been driving scooters since I was 16, inevitably I have had to contact various workshops over time for servicing, checks and repairs and the experiences have often been very negative. even if I didn't understand much about mechanics, I was aware of when I was faced with an unprofessional service. I discovered dna moto almost by chance and now I know that if and when I need a repair for my scooter, I will be able to have a professional and cared for service. the owner always welcomes you to the workshop with a smile and has always shown himself to be more than professional. for me it is simply the best !!! entrust them with your scooters and motorcycles without any hesitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a Europe trip with my moto and saw my tread depth of tyres too little so from Venice i contacted them (very good in English!) and asked for certain new tyres. Communication (through WhatsApp) was fast and easy, very friendly and trustful. I transferred the money in advance (which was a certain risk for me!)and didn't get disappointed when beeing in Florence! Took them even less than 2 hours, everything was as agreed! Mille Grazie!
