★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so come facciano ad affidarsi a questa azienda per le consegne la maggior parte dei siti online. Sede di MADDALONI potrebbe anche essere chiusa.Di peggio non c'è, ogni consegna è un problema soprattutto se ne inventano di ogni! Indirizzo inesatto o destinatario assente in casa, quando poi non è vero. Dovete fallire per me. E non mi fanno pena i vostri collaboratori perché sono delle persone scorrette!
 I don't know how most of the online sites rely on this company for deliveries. MADDALONI headquarters could also be closed. There is no worse thing, every delivery is a problem especially if they invent each one! Inaccurate address or absent recipient at home, when it is not true. You have to fail for me. And I don't feel sorry for your collaborators because they are unfair people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da sempre con SDA il mio indirizzo è errato o il destinatario è assente, e il pacco va in giacenza a Maddaloni. Unico corriere che non si degna di chiamare come gli altri, più seri e degni di svolgere questo lavoro. Ho capito che se non hanno voglia o tempo di passare, non passano. Anzi, penso che i pacchi non escano proprio dal magazzino, non gli è ancora chiaro che il loro lavoro è di fare i corrieri, forse. Non capisco il motivo per cui ancora gli ecommerce si affidino a loro, sono scandalosi. Dovete fallire.
Always with SDA my address is wrong or the recipient is absent, and the package goes into storage in Maddaloni. Consegnano pacchi sopra i 15kg,dicendo che non siamo in casa in ufficio,mentre c:e sempre qualcuno presente,non chiamano non avvisano non ripassano,e per andare al deposito SDA zona industriale interporto Maddaloni Marcianise, si perde mezza giornata , in realta' non meno 3hore effettive, il Sabato ancora peggio,ma non credo sia umano trascorrere 3 h da SDA, prendiamo utilizziamo il corriere espresso,non per perdere tempo,ma per la sua celerita';ma SDA e' disastroso e mal organizzato,sotto ogni punto di vista,mi spiace rilasciare una recensione cosi' negativa,ma il consiglio è di cambiare Manager per la Campania.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi devo aggiungere al coro di persone che hanno avuto un'esperienza negativa con questi sedicenti corrieri. Una presunta consegna mai avvenuta e nessuna traccia del loro passaggio, figuriamoci una telefonata o una mail. Infine ho tentato più volte di contattare il centro di Maddaloni ma nulla da fare, o non rispondono oppure ascolti la musichetta all'infinito. Anche recarsi in sede è risultato inutile poiché la sede si trova nell'interporto e l'accesso è solo per autorizzati, ma senza alcun avviso di giacenza risulta difficile passare. In conclusione, è sorprendente che i venditori si affidano a questi personaggi che tutto sono fuorché corrieri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non fosse obbligatorio mettere almeno una stella per poter scrivere una recensione, nemmeno una stella darei per quanto sono pietosi. Un pacco che aspetto da 15 giorni mai arrivato. Inoltre il mittente (IQOS) mi invia un email di effettuata consegna con tanto di prova, peccato che la firma che loro hanno apposto non è mia. Vado sul sito e trovo che il mio pacco giace al centro di Maddaloni. Ma fanno i corrieri o il destinatario deve andare dal corriere?! Pessimi, per non dire altro.

Ogni volta che ricevo un pacco con questo vettore ci sono problemi. Dicono di avere consegnato e nel n è vero. Sono in ritardo due volte su tre. Non rispettano mai un ritiro concordato.Mi chiedo perché Amazon gli affidi una parte del lavoro. Al prossimo ordine che faccio con Amazon verifico, se il vettore è SDA annullo l'ordine.

Every time I receive a package with this carrier there are problems. They say they have delivered and in the n it is true. I'm late two out of three times. They never adhere to an agreed pickup. I wonder why Amazon entrusts them with some of the work. At the next order I place with Amazon I will check if the carrier is SDA I cancel the order.

I was at home all day today waiting for a package to be delivered that I was urgently waiting on which should have been delivered. Not only was I home all day, yes address was correct and they had my cell number, I checked the tracking at about 830 p.m. and it says "Addressee not available-Release shipment online". Are you kidding me ? first I was available all day, second what the hell does "Release shipment online" mean ? SDA is a company that does not know how to even deliver packages, stick to DHL or Fedexpress for anything you might care about. P.S. I tried to call and at 9:00 p.m. they are closed ? I do think they do not understand the concept or meaning of the word Express !! Stay away, do not use them, they receive 1 star because I can not go lower.
