Non ho mai avuto problemi con GLS, i corrieri sono gentilissimi e affidabili, mi chiamano sempre per accertarsi se io sia in casa o meno prima della consegna. Il personale all'accettazione è competente e accogliente. Altrettanto il centralino, il quale è disponibile nel risolvere qualsiasi tipo di disagio. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di affidarvi a loro per le spedizioni. Great service, definitely 5 stars. I have never had problems with GLS, the couriers are very kind and reliable, they always call me to make sure if I am at home or not before delivery. The reception staff is competent and welcoming. Likewise the switchboard, which is available to solve any kind of inconvenience. I highly recommend everyone to rely on them for shipments.

Ho ritirato un pacco in fermo deposito spedito da Milano in 24 ore , sono rimasto stupito della velocità e dell'organizzazzione della sede. Se avessi seguito il tracking di Amazon avrei aspettato una giornata in più , fortuna ad aver chiamato. I have never seen such a branch and there are many couriers around. Fast shipping in 24h, professionalism and seriousness in the first place. I collected a parcel in storage, sent from Milan in 24 hours, I was amazed at the speed and organization of the office. If I had followed Amazon's tracking I would have waited an extra day, lucky to have called.

Beautiful location and great courtesy, competence and availability of the girls at the reception; the only negative note, the shipping costs, which seemed a lot high to me.

In 4 ore, perché si i signori lavorano 4 ore il sabato, non sono riusciti a portarmelo nonostante casa mia si trovi a soli 10 minuti di macchina dalla sede e quindi adesso mi tocca aspettare ancora un altro week end. Adesso io mi chiedo però cosa stava il dipendente che in 4 ore non è riuscito a fare 10 minuti di macchina? Parcel arrived at the office on Saturday morning around 8.
