★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL Express non funziona benissimo. Ottima la rete dei punti di consegna (negozi, ecc.) i problemi sono le scarse informazioni al destinatario: durante tutto il tragitto non sono arrivate notifiche ma sono dovuto entrare io a mano sul tracking ogni volta.
La stessa cosa è successa quando il pacco non mi è stato consegnato per mia assenza e per sapere dove fosse finito ho fatto molte telefonate di cui alcune a pagamento, ODIOSO, ho consultato il sito ma NIENTE. Alla fine sono andato alla sede DHL di Firenze (1,5 h da casa mia) dove mi hanno detto che il pacco era in un negozio accanto a casa mia.
Personale della sede di Osmannoro gentilissimo ed efficiente. Il problema non è loro ma il sistema DHL di notifiche. Risolvete questo e probabilmente diventate in un colpo solo il miglior corriere in Italia.
 DHL Express doesn't work very well. The network of delivery points (shops, etc.) is excellent. The problems are the lack of information to the recipient: no notifications arrived during the whole journey but I had to enter by hand on the tracking every time.
The same thing happened when the package was not delivered to me due to my absence and to find out where it was finished I made many phone calls, some of which for a fee, HATE, I consulted the site but NOTHING. Finally I went to the DHL office in Florence (1.5 hours from my home) where they told me that the package was in a shop next to my house.
Staff of the Osmannoro office very kind and efficient. The problem is not them but the DHL notification system. Solve this and you will probably become the best courier in Italy in one fell swoop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office us closed on a Saturday when it clearly stated it was opem on its website. Horrible service. The have people's passports in there and they do not even have a security guard to tell you who to call to get the office open. If at all possible, I will never use DHL again

enigmatic and difficult courier service.
Their levels of professionalism is a joke.
Absolute scam and an even bigger waste of money. It’s a shame.
I won’t be using DHL for my shipments anymore.
They lost my package and did not even lift a finger to help
