Stamattina chiamo e dicono che mi verrà consegnato oggi pomeriggio mi arrabbio e cade la linea sono 2 ore che cerco di contattarli solamente 2 volte sono riuscita a prendere la linea ma non hanno risposto. Una vera disorganizzazione lo sconsiglio vivamente non è mestiere loro
Material stopped 3 days in storage. This morning I call and they say that it will be delivered to me this afternoon I get angry and the line falls for 2 hours I try to contact them only 2 times I managed to take the line but they did not answer. A real disorganization I strongly discourage it is not their job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merce arrivata, il vettore scaricando fa cadere un bancale ma mi assicura che è tutto ok.....dopo 20 giorni apro e trovo il materiale rotto. Chiaramente fuori tempo massimo non si può fare nulla. Sconsiglio vivamente, per la poca affiabilità sia del vettore che del personale che ha sapientemente "rimbalzato" la mia dimostranza. MAI INTERPELLERO' QUESTA AZIENDA,MAI.
Goods arrived, the carrier unloads drops a pallet but assures me that everything is ok ..... after 20 days I open and find the broken material. Clearly, out of time, nothing can be done. I strongly advise against it, due to the lack of reliability of both the carrier and the staff who have wisely "bounced" my demonstration. I WILL NEVER QUESTION THIS COMPANY, NEVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella perché zero non si può maleducati dalla prima all ultima persona che ti risponde al telefono stai spiegando la questione e la signorina ti attacca il telefono in faccia solo perché non dici le cose a modo suo e perché stai cercando di farle capire che se c’è un termine ultimo per la consegna andrebbe rispettato o quando meno si cerca ovviare a un problema creato da loro che per portare un pacco da Cosenza a Napoli stanno da una settimana arrivano prima i pacchi dalla Cina e poi le consegne con arco spedizioni
1 star because zero can't be rude from the first to the last person who answers the phone you are explaining the matter and the young lady sticks the phone in your face just because you don't say things her way and because you are trying to make her understand that if '' is a deadline for delivery should be respected or when you are less trying to solve a problem created by them that to bring a parcel from Cosenza to Naples they have been arriving for a week first the parcels from China and then the deliveries with shipping arch

A STAR I HAVE PUT IT FOR CHARITY, INCORRECT IN GIVING THE INFORMATION, THE TIMES FOR DELIVERIES ARE TO BE CONSIDERED OPTIONAL, LITTLE EFFICIENT IN THE SERVICE DESPITE THEY ARE PAID FRAGRANCE.
