★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivate 2 persone, la prima ha consegnato i pacchi, la seconda è tornata cercando di riprenderli per "problemi logistici". Siamo fortunati ad aver capito il trucco. Chiamata la filiale si sono dimostrati ben meno che disponibili a cercare di capire la situazione, e anche alquanto sgarbati. Davvero pessimo.
Two people arrived, the first delivered the packages, the second returned trying to take them back for "logistical problems". We are fortunate to have understood the trick. Called the branch they proved to be far less than willing to try to understand the situation, and also somewhat rude. Really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda fantasma tutte le volte che chiamo non risponde nessuno e sono soggetto ad ascoltare le musichette per la presa dei fondelli.Da questa mattina alle 9 sono le 13 esatte e non sono riuscito a comunicare.I signori dicono che per le migliaia di telefonate che ricevono non riescono a rispondere.Ho l'impressione che questa azienda la possiamo paragonare ad Amazon,con la netta differenza che Amazon risponde alle chiamate dei clienti.

Ghost company every time I call no one answers and I am subject to listen to the music for taking a ride. From this morning at 9 it is exactly 13 and I have not been able to communicate. The gentlemen say that for the thousands of phone calls they receive they can't answer, I get the impression that we can compare this company to Amazon, with the distinct difference that Amazon answers customer calls.
