In data 6 maggio 2020 prelevano un pacco da una ditta del nord Italia e mi viene consegnato solamente in data 19 maggio. Direte voi....beh ci può stare. Eh no! In pratica li ho contattati io il 18 maggio e mi è stato detto che in data 8 maggio, in piena emergenza Covid e quindi impossibilitati a lasciare l'abitazione, il corriere è venuto a casa e non ha trovato nessuno. Morale della favola il prodotto risultava in giacenza e mai nessuno mi ha contattato. Se non alzavo la cornetta del telefono forse ero ancora in attesa.
Negativissima experience.
On 6 May 2020 I take a parcel from a company in northern Italy and it is delivered to me only on 19 May. You say .... well it can stay. Well no! In practice, I contacted them on May 18 and I was told that on May 8, in full emergency Covid and therefore unable to leave the house, the courier came home and found no one. The moral of the story was that the product was in stock and no one ever contacted me. If I didn't pick up the phone, maybe I was still waiting.

Servizio anche caro confrontando i competitor
