★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to find and conveniently close to the main station. Very easy to use -- has multiple language options and gives you the retrieval code on a printed receipt and via email. We used a large locker for two expanded carryon luggage and one messenger bag with room to spare! We didn't book ahead, but October is 'slow season' and it was drizzling outside, so there were a lot fewer tourists out and about than usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We prepaid to store our luggage for a few hours during a quick stop over in Florence. The location was very near the train station and easy to find, and the rate was reasonable. As soon as we reserved our spot, I got a text and an email with our access code. Service was very easy to use, would definitely recommend.

Only reason I took out 2 stars is because the “maxi” lockers are advertised as able to fit 4x luggages but I could only fit ONE normal check-in sized luggage. I had two of these so I had to get two maxi lockers which are quite pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super easy. We rented our locker in Florence nesr the train station ahead of time and then just followed the directions. It was great! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and efficient, but the labeling is somewhat misleading. I needed two lockers for a standard three piece set of Samsonite luggage. Total: $41 US. I as glad to pay as I needed to leave my luggage until check-in, but the labeling made it seem that four pieces of luggage would fit into a large locker.
