★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stow Your Bags is a convenient service if you need to store luggage for a few hours between check out of an Air BnB or other apartment rental and a flight or train like we did. The location was clean and the service was pretty easy to use. There are no live people if you need service. The transaction is done completely on the screen. It is not cheap! And the lockers are not very big, even the extra large ones. Each locker only held one large check bag or one carry-on plus a nap sack. We needed 3 and we still had to carry some of our bags with us. Also, you cannot chose the locker so we ended up with top shelf lockers so lifting the large luggage was a challenge and might be impossible for some people. They should give you an option to choose from what is available instead of selecting them for you. Before you chose this service check the museums or other places you might go as they might be able to watch your luggage for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very convenient, we used it twice as we arrived in Florence early in the morning and leaves late at night. It is located in the center of the old city, very easy to use, with two sizes of cabin, in the big one we could store one big suitcase, one cabin size suitcase and 3 small bag packs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely convenient and easy to use. Although I find that the lockers were quite small. I ended up using 1 maxi size locker and it was just enough space to fit 1 check-in size luggage, a gym bag and a large backpack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The system to stock bags is really fast (just put an email / phone number to get the code to open the locker), not that expensive and seems very safe.
However, the place is a little dirty... Be careful to not drop your stuff on the ground!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great idea and location. Very easy to use. We took a maxi locker for 4 small suitcases and a rucksack for 5 hours. 15.49 euros so was good value. Only issue was the sign that told us we could order a taxi directly was no longer valid so that really messed up our timing and we were late for the airport.
Please remove the sign and button if the service is no longer available!!
