★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing quality work and Simone is so attentive to the smallest details. His job is his passion and he made sure I was happy. I brought in five pairs of high quality shoes and I must say that I am client who expects perfection. Simone placed soles on my shoes to perfection. He and his wife are courteous and provided excellent service with a fast turnaround time. Do not hesitate to bring in your shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having just moved to the area, I found a local a shoe repair service (calzolaio) nearby. I was greeted warmly by Doretta who told me the price and that she would contact me via WhatsApp when my boots were ready. A week later my shoes were ready. Ken, the owner and shoe repairer, put in several hours of work on my shoes. He explained there was an issue with the glue and instead handstitched everything along with restoring the heel. My shoes have never looked so good! He was also kind enough to give me a waterproofing spray and brush to keep them in tip-top shape! Thank you Ken and Doretta for the wonderful service and craftsmanship. We will be back soon!

I cant say enough fantastic things about Ken and Simone- they SAVED my favorite boots with BEAUTIFUL craftsmanship, hand sewn work, just top tier work. I wish I could take them back to NY with me and I'm so grateful i met them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner did a incredible job making the new straps for my vintage handbag. He made the new straps in the exact same way, length and colour as the old damaged straps, as he had promised. This work is highly labour intensive and did an incredible job for a very good price. He used to work with handbags before so the detailed work was of very high quality. He is willing to specifically think what the best repair is for your request, I recommend this calzolaio.

I had these beautiful suede shoes that I bought in America that were made in Italy, but the heels had zero rubber and I could barely walk more than a mile before limping the next day. The husband/wife owners were SO sweet when I explained the situation and they did….the most amazing job, adding rubber and beautifully making everything cohesive. Literally they look brand new and am SO proud to own them and now wear them comfortably all day long! They called me when my shoes were ready and wanted to make sure they were done perfectly and took an extra day to make sure everything was fantastic. This place deserves more visits and customers, and I hope it absolutely does. :) GRAZIE MILLE RAGAZZI!! Adesso io adoro queste scarpe! ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il dottore delle scarpe- Simone - è molto gentile e un esperto nel riparare le scarpe. His shop has been operating for 20 years - with his father before him.
I brought my favorite Teva leather boots whose zippers had given up due to years of use from walking around cities, exploring museums, and hiking mountain trails. Simone was able to replace the original zippers as well as repair the worn out soles. Now my Teva boots are good for another couple of years at least!
Simone even played his accordion for me - great and unique entertainment!
