★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to return a book to Amazon. We went here April 14 at 12:15 and no one was there to serve us. The ENI people assured us there would be someone there on the 15th. We went at 11:15 on the 15th, and no one was at the DHL desk, yet again. Then ENI people are not at all helpful. I think, they are fed up with dealing with frustrated DHL clients. Another thing, the website says, open till 1, but the door sign says open till 12 30. However, this doesn't really matter because no one was there even before 12 30. We tried calling before going, but the number did not work (for us).
