★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho spedito un pacco in Inghilterra e francamente il ragazzo con la barba che ha seguito la mia spedizione è stato gentile , professionale e disponibile. La volta precedente ero passato a chiedere informazioni per i costi e mi sono imbattuto nella signora " bionda " e condivido con altri che è veramente maleducata e non professionale. In maniera sbrigativa e quasi infastidita continuava a messaggiare su Whats App come se niente fosse.
 This morning I sent a package to England and frankly the bearded guy who followed my shipment was kind, professional and helpful. The previous time I went to ask about the costs and I ran into the "blonde" lady and I share with others that she is really rude and unprofessional. In a hasty and almost annoyed way he continued to text on Whats App as if nothing had happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo , maleducazione massima , secondo la mia opinione certe persone non dovrebbero lavorare al pubblico , soprattutto quando una persona deve spedire qualcosa di importante.
Bad service, maximum rudeness, in my opinion some people shouldn't work for the public, especially when a person has to send something important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per il tracking mi mettono il telefono da parte per fare affari loro (chiacchierare tra colleghi)e riprovi a chiamare ti mettono occupato.. giustamente appena scattati le 18;00 il telefono non è più occupato perché tanto vanno a casa!
I call for tracking they put my phone aside to do their business (chat with colleagues) and try to call again they put you busy .. rightly after 6 pm the phone is no longer busy because they go home so much!

Every time we came to them, they were outstandingly helpful and professional! I cannot say enough good things about this staff. Christina Cioni and Alberto Busoni are fantastic!
