★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è pure troppo, in una parola: VERGOGNA. Prima mi hanno fatto cascare il collo (di bottiglie di vetro) e poi, quando il sito lo ha gentilmente rispedito con consegna urgente, mi hanno chiamato per fissare la data al giorno successivo in mattinata visto che ne avevo bisogno al più presto (venerdì), ma quando non si è presentato nessuno e gli ho chiamati, mi hanno detto che era stato messo in consegna per lunedi e che ormai i camion erano fuori sede e non potevano portarlo in giornata! A quel punto ho detto di riportalo indietro,visto che per lunrdi era troppo tardi. Spero vivamente che nessun sito o azienda si avvalga più di loro per le spedizioni, perché gli fanno perdere i clienti. Di nuovo: VERGOGNA.
A star is too much too, in a word: SHAME. First they made me drop my neck (from glass bottles) and then, when the site kindly returned it with urgent delivery, they called me to fix the date for the next day in the morning as I needed it as soon as possible (Friday) , but when no one showed up and I called them, they told me that it had been delivered for Monday and that the trucks were now out of the office and they could not take it on the same day! At that point I said to bring it back, as it was too late for Monday. I sincerely hope that no site or company uses them more for shipments, because they make them lose customers. Again: SHAME.
