Ho avuto una bruttissima esperienza con loro!!!L’anno scorso ero assicurata con loro, a settembre ho appena toccato con la mia auto il posteriore di un’altra che stava davanti a me,MA NON C’ERA STATO NESSUN DANNO.Il conducente era un approfittatore, ha fatto la richiesta di risarcimento dei danni Fallaci.(La sua auto era danneggiata dalla forte grandine che era successo nel 2019) Loro invece di tutelare i miei diritti , insistono a dire che se la mia auto ha toccato la sua, il danno gliel’ho fatto.E hanno aumentato la mia classe di merito senza accertare che ci sia stato veramente il danno oppure no.Gli ho chiesto la prova della richiesta di risarcimento del danno della controparte, ma non riescono a dimostrarmela.(Chissà se quello dicono è vero o no, se fosse vero, perché non riescono a dimostrarmi la prova? Chissà se facendo così non è per rubare i soldi dei loro clienti?) Ve la sconsiglio assolutamente!!!??? It's a BAD insurance agency !!! ???They don't even have the appraiser and the personnel always try to avoid their responsibilities !!! So if a claim happens it's a problem !!! I had a very bad experience with them !!! Last year I was insured with them, in September I just touched the rear of another one in front of me with my car, BUT THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. driver was a profiteer, he made the Fallaci damage claim. (His car was damaged by the heavy hail that had happened in 2019) Instead of protecting my rights, they insist that if my car touched his, I did the damage and they increased my merit class without ascertaining whether there was really the damage or not. asked for proof of the other party's claim for damages, but they can't prove it to me. (Who knows if what they say is true or not, if it were true, why can't they prove the proof? Who knows if doing so is not to steal money of their customers?) I absolutely advise against it !!! ???

INCOMPRENSIBLE UNJUSTIFIABLE EVEN IF THESE ARE RULES THAT SHOULD BE REVISED ... LIKE THE SUSPENSION OF THE INSURANCE POLICY THAT GIVES A LIMIT .. AFTER THE TERMINATION OF THE CATEGORY. VEHICLE NOT USED STILL IN GARAGE ... THEN ???? I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER AGENCY OUTSIDE THE CITY OF THE SAME VICTORY INSURANCE ... WHY DOES IT OFFER ME BETTER SERVICE AND SAVINGS? I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN PROVISIONS THAT I WILL CHANGE INSURANCE COMPANY AT THE NEXT DEADLINE .... THE CUSTOMER WHO PAYS DEMANDS RESPECT AND I (Certainly not from the new Miss recently hired) IN THIS AGENCY OF FLORENCE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
