Like all banks it is becoming impersonal we see that the people who work them are restricted in certain schemes by large corporations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimango sempre più perplesso riguardo il servizio offerto. Se davvero vogliono togliere la parte umana relazionale, almeno che si sforzassero ad abbassare i costi e migliorare il servizio online
I am increasingly perplexed about the service offered. If they really want to remove the human relational part, at least that they make an effort to lower costs and improve the online service.

Pessimo servizio
I went to get information on bonuses and they knew less than me .... they had to call me back to give me information but I'm still waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesto oggi il Greenpass quando non è necessario. "Solo i correntisti possono entrare senza Greenpass". Ma scherziamo? Dovevo concludere un atto di compravendita, ci siamo dovuti spostare dal notaio.
Greenpass required today when not needed. "Only account holders can enter without Greenpass". Are we kidding? I had to conclude a deed of sale, we had to move to the notary.

Addetti allo sportello incompetenti. Non rispondono al telefono, e se ti presenti sono capaci di rimandarti indietro perchè non hai appuntamento... ma cosa pensano che le altre persone abbiano il tempo di far le giratine...? Beh, certo a loro le giratine non mancano, sono capaci di chiudere una delle due casse aperte con 10 persone in coda perchè è arrivata l'ora della pausa caffé. L'unica persona che ho trovato competente è stato il direttore, gli altri, sembra che lavorino lì per caso...
BAD.
Incompetent counter clerks. They don't answer the phone, and if you show up they are able to send you back because you don't have an appointment ... but what do they think other people have time to sneak up on ...? Well, of course they have plenty of snacks, they are able to close one of the two open boxes with 10 people in the queue because it's time for a coffee break. The only person I found competent was the manager, the others, it seems they work there by chance ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Intesa da 12 anni. Sono stati 7 anni duri, 7 anni perchè circa 5 anni fa mi ha preso in carico la mia consulente attuale. La quale cerca sempre di soddisfare le mie esigenze e riesce sempre a "cucirmi" il servizio più adatto a me.
Vedo tante recensioni negative ma se posso darvi un consiglio cambiate CONSULENTE non banca.
I have been an Intesa customer for 12 years. It was a tough 7 years, 7 years because about 5 years ago my current consultant took over. Which always tries to satisfy my needs and always manages to "sew" me the most suitable service for me.
I see a lot of negative reviews but if I can give you some advice change CONSULTANT not bank.
