Good break from pasta and pizza when you want something reasonably priced. But definitely not the best broth I’ve had and the service was a little slow. But good enough to pass you by. The waiter was a delight. I’d go to a Japanese place instead if you’re really craving for something authentic.

Ordered the vegetarian ramen, and when i was nearly done with it i realised that they forgot to add mushrooms. Noodles was not traditional noodles for ramen, the only good salted thing in dish was the egg. Not what i expected for 9€ (and you also pay 1€ for place). From my experience - eat italian in Italy, it's the best decision.

Service was horrible and extremely slow. We stood waiting to be seated with no acknowledgment then when seated we were not given menus. Luckily we started looking at the menu while waiting for seating. When the guy finally came to take our order after sitting at least 20 minutes, I asked for menus. He hurriedly brought them and my friend told him not to leave because we were ready to order. He was soooo rude and started fussing at her saying they were busy and she needed to be patient. ? We ordered and the appetizer came out quickly. I would highly recommend trying the Maguro No Katsu (breaded, deep fried tuna). The ramen broth lacked flavor and was very bland. I can't recommend it but the rice bowl, not pictured, was a little better. My friend said she really liked it. After finally getting our ticket and going to the register to pay, the waiter/cashier gave a weak apology for service. ? I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a hurry and starving because they are understaffed. The tuna was delicious, but beyond that, I wouldn't go again.

Didn't expect to find decent ramen in Firenze, but here it is. Reasonably priced, tasty and fresh, and the hot great tea is strong.

If you’ve ever been to Japan it’s hard to eat ramen anywhere else without having too high of standards but I really enjoyed Koto Ramen! As you’d expect, it’s Italian ingredients making a Japanese dish, so it tastes different but is still refreshing and great. Staff is really wonderful (no service charge thanks) & this place gets packed so come early.

Tried the Miso Ramen and the Tan Tan. I would rate the first a 3 out of 10, the second a 4 out of 10. This place is supposed to be specialised in Ramen, however I wouldn't recommend it. Low quality ingredients in general and, on top of that, It felt like in the kitchen they never had "real" Ramen in their life. Only positive note was the service: quite fast and professional.
