β β β β β Really lovely place, service a little slow but it's worth the wait for the food. It's worth booking a table, they get busy.

β β β β β I loved everything: the food, the service and the place itself. The way the staff treated us made me feel so comfortable, and they were very professional but still friendly. The restaurant was beautiful and we enjoyed every single plate we were served. I highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to go back there. Thank you!

β β β β β Grand, exotic and expensive all-you-can-eat buffet menu. I loved the meal and the ambience.

β β β β β This place is awesome. Gorgeous decor, friendly staff (although clearly working hard to keep up with high volume service), and very good food. Yes, it can be hard to get a table, but you really canβt be mad at them for being popular.
For context, Iβve lived in Japan, I grew up in CA and lived in Seattle for many years. Sushi is my favorite food so Iβm quite selective. There are some poor reviews from people who clearly donβt understand how sushi places work. So I feel the need to address them below.
First and foremost, Sushi rice is supposed to be served warm, otherwise it isnβt fresh. I am flabbergasted that some βlocal guideβ was upset about this. When the rice is warm, it then slightly warms the topping (fish, shrimp, or whatever), which is a critical part of bringing out subtle flavors. If you want cold sushi maybe stick with the poorly made stuff from a grocery store.
Second, sushi, and much of Japanese cuisine, is fundamentally a slow food experience. It is about having respect for the ingredients and for the people making the food. If you want fast food, Iβm sure McDonalds is happy to have you.
Third, I arrived late into lunch with my two young kiddos (4&7) in tow. That is a lot of chaos to introduce into a calm restaurant setting. They were extremely gracious, sat us almost immediately, and made sure to serve my girls quickly. The manager also brought over some chocolates and paper for drawing to keep my girls entertained while I finished my meal.
In summary, respect the experience of sushi, be kind to those working hard to serve you, and youβll have a wonderful experience. If you act like a spoiled person who just wants food in their mouth immediately then you might be treated as such.

β β β β β Everything was good. Sushi was very good. Price was very reasonable. If they have more wine stock, it would be perfect.
