Invece nella filiale hanno avuto seri problemi per aprire un conto cointestato fra me e mia moglie. hanno dato i pin di accesso a me ma non sono riusciti (problemi di disponibilità???) per mia moglie. Dopo due settimane è arrivata (oggi) la carta a me ma non a mia moglie. Lei non avendo i dati del conto non può richiedere assistenza telefonica. Carta e codice arrivati insieme senza raccomandata, è vero che servono altri dati per l'attivazione, ma spedirli insieme non mi è parso molto igienico. Istruzioni per l'attivazione dubbie. Assistenza telefonica macchinosissima e, alla decima telefonata, messo in attesa a tempo indeterminato. Tornassi indietro non sceglierei questa banca. Bad service. Before going to the branch I inquired by phone and it all seemed simple. Instead in the branch they had serious problems to open a joint account between me and my wife. they gave me access pins but failed (availability problems ???) for my wife. After two weeks the card arrived (today) for me but not for my wife. Having no account details, you cannot request telephone assistance. Paper and code arrived together without registered mail, it is true that other data are required for activation, but sending them together did not seem very hygienic. Doubtful activation instructions. Extremely hard-working telephone assistance and, on the tenth call, put on hold indefinitely. If I went back I wouldn't choose this bank.
S	Sara Attaran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima Banca. Peccato che è più di un mese che lo sportello bancomat non funziona ed ogni volta devo rinunciare a fare versamenti o operazioni varie. Così non va bene. Aggiustate lo sportello del bancomat altrimenti dovrò cambiare banca Grazie Great Bank. Tempistiche che il bancomat torni in servizio? I have always been happy with CheBanca! but the ATM no longer works and is the only one in Tuscany that allows cash payments .. How long does it take for the ATM to return to service?

Se volete chiedere un mutuo per acquisto prima casa scordatevi che vi erogano soldi, sempre se non avete almeno 2 stipendi suntuosi , un garante che ha 25 anni perché se troppo avanti con l'età non va bene, se avete pure una casa da ipotecare anche meglio, ma vuoi vedere che alla fine a dare il prestito sono chi chiede il mutuo e non l'Istituto bancario?? Banca VERGOGNOSA!!! esperienza PESSIMA!!! SCONSIGLIATA!!! Lose all hope, you who enter! A	Alan Slavujevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il bancomat esterno della filiale fiorentina non funziona mai. Visto che io lavoro da lunedì a venerdì e quindi non posso passare, chiuderò il conto. Meglio pagare qualcosa in più ad un’altra banca che avere un servizio pessimo come questo. Banca raccomandata solo a chi vive a Milano. The external ATM of the Florentine branch never works. Since I work from Monday to Friday and therefore cannot pass, I will close the account. Better to pay a little more to another bank than to have bad service like this. Bank recommended only for those who live in Milan.

Such a scam and all the bankers doesn’t speak English at all and no intention to help. Asked a simple question to one of the desk girl near the machine but she’s busy with on her cellphone. I said excuse me but she said “no speak English” wonder if to become a banker, maybe you don’t need a college education.

Don't talk about the customer care: so kind when they reply, so inefficient when they try to solve you a problem! Of course perhaps they have also professional people in this Bank, but the people I have met and talked they weren't at all! I've sent all the possible complains via email to them but none has given a concrete solutions! TRY TO AVOID THIS BANK!
