Tutto semplice dal check in al ritiro auto. Accoglienza eccellente. Ottimo trattamento, personale gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la gentilezza e disponibilita’ di Provvidenza e’ stata impeccabile. Ritorneremo sicuramente qui per noleggiare la nostra prossima auto. M	Maëva Maucourant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention !!!! Ils prennent uniquement les cartes de crédit et pas de débit. Information écrite en tout petit à la fin du contrat. Si vous n’avez pas la bonne carte, ils vous doubleront le devis en prétextant « l’assurance » de plus ils nous ont récupéré à l’aéroport, emmené à plus de 15 min en voiture via l’autoroute et quand on a refusé de payer le double du devis initial ils n’ont pas voulu nous ramener à l’aéroport de Palerme et nous ont laissé au milieu de nul part sans solution. A ÉVITER À TOUT PRIX !!! Attention !!!! They only take credit cards and no debit. Information written in very small letters at the end of the contract. If you don't have the right card they will double quote you on the pretext of 'insurance' plus they picked us up at the airport, took us over 15 mins drive via the highway and when we declined to pay double the initial estimate they did not want to take us back to Palermo airport and left us in the middle of nowhere without a solution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Dopo aver chiamato, molto gentilmente mi è stato spiegato che la gestione è cambiata, così ho deciso di voler provare la nuova. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata! Credo di essere stata una dei primi clienti a noleggiare una vettura e mi sono trovata veramente bene. I ragazzi sono gentilissimi, molto professionali e soprattutto competenti. Le vetture sono nuovissime e le consegnano molto pulite. Anche se non fa base in aeroporto, il servizio navetta della compagnia è super veloce e affidabile. Se dovesse ricapitare, sceglierei nuovamente Target Rent, stra consigliata. I had heard of this company before, but the reviews weren't very inviting. After calling, I was very kindly explained that the management has changed, so I decided I wanted to try the new one. Never was the choice more apt! I think I was one of the first customers to rent a car and I really enjoyed it. The guys are very kind, very professional and above all competent. The cars are brand new and delivered very clean. Although not based at the airport, the company's shuttle service is super fast and reliable. If it happens again, I would choose Target Rent again, recommended strategy.

Nel nostro caso la titolare in persona dell’agenzia locale ci ha accompagnati nel tragitto aeroporto/park, disponibilissima anche a venire incontro ai nostri anticipi sugli orari concordati! My wife and I relied on Target Rent because it was combined with the Ryanair flight to Palermo; luckily, people are behind the automatisms of the internet! In our case, the owner of the local agency in person accompanied us on the airport / park journey, also very willing to meet our advances on the agreed times!

I costi delle auto in aereoporto erano proibitivi per il ponte di Pasqua, loro invece mi hanno fatto un’ottima proposta è mi hanno anche procurato l’auto da 7 posti che cercavo; sono a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto ma non è affatto un problema perché ci sono venuti a prendere con il pulmino sia andata che ritorno. Consigliato! Luckily we found the guys from this agency! The costs of the cars at the airport were prohibitive for the Easter weekend, but they made me an excellent proposal and also got me the 7-seater car I was looking for; they are just a few minutes from the airport but it is not a problem at all because they picked us up with the minivan both there and back. Advised!
J	Jana Maresch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent with them. With reserved a car with Targetrent at Palermo airport. As they don't have a counter at the terminal a shuttle bus took to a place in the middle of nowhere. The office consisted of a container in a big parking lot. When it got to paying the deposit we were suddenly told we need to pay 2500 Euros! Which is ridiculous. In the end we agreed as we needed a car. However, when they tried to block the amount of my credit card I was told that my credit card doesn't work and that they cannot block the requested amount. (Sidenote: I've never had an issue with my credit card anywhere else, it's a Visa card and always works). After a few attempts they offered us a 'great deal', which consisted of us purchasing their insurance (which would have cost us three times the amount of the car) so that we could lower the deposit. We did not agree and wanted to go back to the airport to look for a different solution. Now the best part: they would not take us back unless we payed 20 Euros per person for the shuttle! So, complete rip-off (you will read similar stories in other reviews). We started walking and hitchhiked back to the airport and rented there... PLEASE DO NOT RENT THERE!!!

We booked a car online, when we arrived to the counter to pick up the car the guy was asking us for a ridiculous deposit, which is higher than the credit card limit for one transaction. Since we couldn't pay the deposit he suggested to reduce the deposit by paying for their insurance which is triple than the online price. We refused to pay, but we were stuck in the middle of nowhere because this place is located in unaccessible location and you must use their pick up services. They offered us a ride back to the airport for 20 euro per person so we hitchhiked back.
