★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il parcheggio è troppo distante dall'aeroporto. Ho pronotato con l'opzione "chiavi al proprietario" ed invece sono stato costretto a lasciare le chiavi a sconosciuti che, soprattutto in questo periodo, visto le norme di igiene, non mi sembra l'ottimale. Hanno sicuramente spostato più volte la mia macchina. Arrivato in aeroporto ho atteso oltre 15 minuti il bus per rientrare al parcheggio. Ho trovato l'auto sporca di fango e piena di foglie di alberi. Non utilizzerò mai più questo servizio. Veramente scarso.
Parking is too far from the airport. I booked with the "keys to the owner" option and instead I was forced to leave the keys to strangers who, especially in this period, given the hygiene rules, does not seem the best. They certainly moved my car several times. Arriving at the airport I waited over 15 minutes for the bus to return to the parking lot. I found the car dirty with mud and full of tree leaves. I will never use this service again. Really poor.

Al rientro, il perdonale si è comportato in modo sgarbato e senza alcuna attenzione al customer satisfaction.
Il personale che è a contatto con i clienti dovrebbe effettuare un corso di formazione inerente alla comunicazione...
