Be careful, they increase the price outside the contract with scratches on the car, extra cleaning, ... more than 100 euros extra when you returned the car, then start their "business".
They write fake reviews here!!! On Sunday, January 23, there are 17 OPINIONS written, all on the same day and all with 5 stars, and a lot of more for several days. They are shameless!!!!
They scam their customers. They have a lot of free time, they write dozens and dozens of 5-star reviews in Google Reviews.
You can also read one star reviews of REAL TOURIST, most of them have PROBLEMS with this guys.
Bad people, be careful!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service!! I highly recommend booking with Ecovia/Autovia on your holiday. It was the easiest experience I have ever had with a rental Company, they were able to get me the best price in the area on the busiest time period and they have the best selection of cars! They also provide airport transfers but is a massive help. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, they also speak excellent English so I understood exactly what I was paying for. A big thank you to Nadine for giving the best customer service. 100% will be using there service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you return the car, they threaten to take 100 euros from your credit card deposit and force you to pay them 50 euros to clean a car that is very clean.
We have never seen this behaviour before in a rental car company.
They cheat the tourist !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We discussed in perfectly clear English on the telephone with employee Andrea before our trip and the company is very clear about their terms and conditions concerning creditcard and identity (which should be the same). If you have any concerns or doubts they are always available on the phone or on their website you can find multiple formats in different languages explaining everything in detail. Overall, a cheap and nice service. We had a lovely trip, thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When picking up the car for a one-week rental, I was informed that I needed to return it spotlessly clean, or pay a 12,50€ cleaning fee. Not so much about the money, but I have never experienced anything similar. Also a lot of nagging about how the insurance from the rental broker wasn't adequate. Just made a bad start to an otherwise lovely vacation in Sicily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is made by absolute thieves, they charged us €100 more because we arrived 1 hour late due to public transportation and because “they didn’t have” the car we rented at the time when we arrived but they only had a superior one. Additional to this they charged us €60 four months later for a €40 ticket for “administrative costs”……..Please be really careful with this “Company” and NEVER use if I could give them a -10 as review I certainly do it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience, got a low rate of less than 30 euros for two days, opted to pay the insurance and were grateful for the peace of mind it gave us. They spoke great English and were prompt about the shuttle service. I'll definitely use them again
