★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with this company was excellent. Easy to pick up and drop off. I would suggest filling up the car yourself, there are lots of places close by and you’ll save a lot of money.
I admit that I was nervous about renting a car in Italy after reading some of the negative reviews, but this company emailed me reports of the car’s condition at both check out and in. It was like renting in the IS. Very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rental, but hard to find the office going just by an address. It is in fact quite easy, if it was signed properly so you could see it when walking along Binario 1. Keep walking in a westerly direction past the exit and further along the platform, it is there, all in one office: Locauto, Enterprise and Alamo Autonoleggio. The car park is also easy to find - it is just a few metres further along from the end of the same platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE FOR YOUR COMPANY.
We rented a car with Locauto at the start of November 2021. The same month after renting the car we requested throughl their website channel the invoice for the service. Today 12th of January 2022 we are still waiting for the invoice. We have claimed it 4 times and the customer service received is less than acceptable. We are still waiting to receive the invoice and also an answer from their customer service to be able to place a formal complaint.
