★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really impressed by this place! The personal is polite, the car is supervised and is across the street of ticket center and bus stop to Venice! And all of this for 7 Euro per day! It is not 24 hours open!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked there on Thursday midnight, 23:30 and left on Saturday mid day, 12:00. It should be 2 days but they charged us 3 days rate of 25 euros. The man who runs there pretends to not speak English. I think it is a scam and they paid local guides to fake the reviews. And the man is very very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you will not find this info on the internet: 7.5 EUR/day, so a great price! But as said, you will have to book in advance! where? Well, they don't have a website so... who knows.
The most rude personnel ever, when entered to discuss about it started to shout that there is no place (parking was almost empty). Such a disappointing experience in Italy - zero customer service. I preferred to go nearby at Saba where no one treats you like it's his own land and you can even take your key with you.
