★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left for a trip five days ago and I passed my keys to the attendant. When I came back to pick up my car, I noticed that my cigarette tray was closed perfectly. I usually place my coins and my garage door opener in there and it was to the point where I couldn't close it properly. I opened it and saw that my garage door opener was tilted and rotated from how I normally store it. Then, all of my two and one euro coins were gone. It was about 15 euros in there. Then I remembered I had a tray of coins in my center console. Sure enough, same thing. All the two and one euro coins were gone. I know this because it was a tray that was filled over halfway. All that was left was just my 50 cent and 20 cent coins. The amount left was a little under a quarter. I estimate at least 20 euros was lifted.
I also noticed that my odometer had an extra 6 miles on it. I filled the gas tank and reset the odometer that morning and drove straight to their business. Where did the extra mileage come from?
I felt like my space was invaded and violated. The money is not the problem, but the principle that they can steal and get away with it bothers me to no end.
Long story short, don't make the mistake I did by leaving money in the car. Take all your belongings and record your mileage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed. I have used this service for the last 4 years and today I am horrified at the corners cut. It’s Covid time and the driver deemed it appropriate to permit a full van of passengers when the company prides itself on the safety of passengers. I hope they take care of this problem.

After the vacation period, on pick up, I found my car damaged.
INTERNAL DOOR HANDLE (front right door) was broken!! How is it possible?! It was forced!!! And the door panel was also forced... TRYING to disassemble the door? and anterior right light was forced!?!?! But you have to, take the car keys, and open the car to make this kind of damage!?! Why would someone open the parked car?!
The company explanation was:" it is a damage from continuous use and are operators are not using the right door"
What?!?! But the handle is broken?! And it was not present when I left the car!
The front light was diagnosed in service.
Pay attention whom you leave your car keys!
This parking doesn't deserve the trust of their customers!

I have already reported them to Carfelxi.com and hope they would settle the matter. Make sure that everything is settled with them upfront. don't trust the word "Will reimburse you directly to your credit card"
