Le prenotazioni si eseguono completamente online e sono modificabili fino a 24 ore prima dell'arrivo previsto in loco. Sicuramente usufruirò nuovamente dei loro servizi. Quick and organized service. A 6-minute free shuttle from Venice Marco Polo airport. Easy to reach and at an affordable price. Reservations are made completely online and can be changed up to 24 hours before arrival on the spot. I will definitely use their services again.

Pronti a condurti in aereoporto, pronti a venire a riprenderti. Uno dei pochi parcheggi in zona che accettano la sosta di vetture senza lka consegna delle chiavi. Consigliatissimo. I have booked many months in advance and I have found a fast, helpful and kind service. Ready to take you to the airport, ready to come and get you back. One of the few parking areas in the area that accept parking without keys. Highly recommended.

Stavolta invece ho fatto una prenotazione 2 giorni fa scrivendo espressamente nel campo note che avrei fatto il check-in fuori dal loro attuale orario di lavoro ridotto, visto anche che non piu di 3 settimane avevo fatto altrettanto per un altro viaggio. Oggi, giorno prima della partenza, fortunatamente ho avuto lo scrupolo di mandare un email chiedendo conferma di quanto sopra; risposta: "Il parcheggio in questo periodo lavora con personale ridotto e segue questo orario dalle otto del mattino alle diciotto del pomeriggio." Allora telefono immediatamente: "ma come, perchè allora non lo avete detto subito non accettando la prenotazione visto che ho scritto appositamente il mio arrivo fuori orario nelle note?!?" Risposta: "Sa, il campo note noi non lo vediamo, ma solo se apriamo la prenotazione ..." Io: "E quindi a che serve che lo mettiate? Pertanto se io non avessi scritto sarei arrivato domani mattina presto e avrei trovato chiuso, rischiando seriamente di compromettere il viaggio?" Risposta: " eh, si ..." Valutate un po voi se questa è serietà nel lavoro ... Bad. If I had written this review until yesterday it would have been more than positive as I have been their customer several times.
