Abbiamo ordinato più volte online e ci hanno mandato prodotti rotti, un articolo per via dell'imballaggio praticamente inesistente, mentre il secondo articolo ce lo hanno mandato due volte rovinato, indice del fatto che per gli acquisti online probabilmente prediligono inviare i prodotti un po' danneggiati. Per gli acquisti in negozio invece hanno tanta scelta e prezzi competitivi ma sono profondamente disorganizzati per modi e tempi. Devi chiamarli sempre tu altrimenti nessuno ti richiama. Fanno anche confusione quando ordinano gli articoli. Sinceramente lo consiglio solo per acquisti in loco che non prevedono ordini con attesa e soprattutto sconsiglio gli acquisti online. We ordered several times online and they sent us broken products, one item due to the practically non-existent packaging, while the second item they sent us twice damaged, indicating that for online purchases they probably prefer to send the products a little damaged. For in-store purchases, on the other hand, they have a lot of choice and competitive prices but are deeply disorganized in terms of methods and times. You must always call them otherwise no one will call you back. They also get confusing when ordering items. I honestly recommend it only for on-site purchases that do not include orders with waiting and above all I do not recommend online purchases.

I prezzi sono molto competitivi, su alcuni articoli addirittura più bassi dei famosi ecommerce. Lo staff è preparato, cortese e molto disponibili. Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo, super consigliato! Excellent shop for children, equipped with everything needed for the new born. The prices are very competitive, on some items even lower than the famous ecommerce. The staff is prepared, courteous and very helpful. My wife and I had a great time, super recommended!

Seggiolino ordinato in data 21/02/2022 con disponibilità immediata e consegna entro 4/5 giorni lavorativi. Al 02/03/2022 del seggiolino nessuna traccia. Chiamato lo store nel primo pomeriggio del 02/03/2022 chiedendo informazioni. Mi è stato detto che sarei stato richiamato di li a poco e, ovviamente, non è stato così. Ho ritelefonato chiedendo lumi e sono stato informato che il seggiolino non era in realtà disponibile (e questo si era capito), che avrebbero chiesto informazioni in merito a nuova disponibilità e mi avrebero richiamato la mattina del 03/03/2022. Chiaramente nessuno mi ha chiamato. Ho telefonato di nuovo nel pomeriggio del 03/03/2022 e mi è stato comunicato che non erano riusciti a sentire il fornitore. Ovviamente in tutto questo periodo di tempo il seggiolino risultava ancora, ed in maniera mendace, con disponibilità immediata sul sito. Solo ieri, dopo la mia chiamata, risulta disponibile in 20/25 giorni. Ma come è possibile fissare una disponibilità se non stato neanche sentito il fornitore? In conclusione negozio DA EVITARE...ovviamente nessuno ha neanche minimamente pensato di scusarsi per l'accaduto.... Unfortunately it is not possible to give ZERO stars. Bad service. I called back asking for lights and was informed that the seat was not actually available (and this was understood), that they would ask for information about new availability and would call me back on the morning of 03/03/2022. Clearly no one called me. I phoned again in the afternoon of 03/03/2022 and was informed that they had not been able to hear the supplier. Obviously throughout this period of time the seat was still, and in a mendacious way, with immediate availability on the site. Only yesterday, after my call, is it available in 20/25 days. But how is it possible to fix an availability if the supplier has not even been heard? In conclusion shop TO AVOID ... obviously no one has even thought of apologizing for what happened ....
R	Raffaele Bisogno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è molto fornito ma il servizio spedizioni è scadente: per un ordine fatto all'inizio di novembre il materiale ci è arrivato a metà dicembre ma mancava la culla e un componente della vaschetta per il bagno. Hanno dato commissione per la spedizione dei pezzi mancanti a GLS che però ha perso i dati dell'ordine. Risultato: il bambino dopo 2 settimane è nato, abbiamo aspettato 6 giorni perché ci consegnassero il materiale ma niente, da Milano Sud sono dovuto andare io a Varedo per prendere tutto e non si sono neanche scusati. Per carita, molto fornito come negozio, ma lo consiglio solo se abitate in zona o riuscite a ritirare quello che comprate per conto vostro. The shop is well stocked but the shipping service is poor: for an order placed at the beginning of November the material arrived in mid-December but the cradle and a component of the bath tub were missing. They gave a commission for the shipment of the missing pieces to GLS, which however lost the order data. Result: the baby was born after 2 weeks, we waited 6 days for them to deliver the material but nothing, from Milan South I had to go to Varedo to take everything and they didn't even apologize. For heaven's sake, very well-stocked as a shop, but I recommend it only if you live in the area or are able to collect what you buy on your own.
