★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scortesia del personale di questo punto vendita di monza mi ha fatto passare la voglia di entrare da loro..ci sono andata poche volte per visionare dei capi di abbigliamento ma non andrò mai più da loro...piuttosto faccio 20 km e mi rendo nel punto vendita di un altra città!
The rudeness of the staff of this store in monza made me pass the desire to go to them..I went there a few times to view some clothes but I will never go to them again ... rather I do 20 km and make myself in a store in another city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un'esperienza allucinante con un reso. Spedito a luglio, mi hanno rimborsato a fine settembre, dopo un'incredibile quantità di telefonate, email e raccomandate. La sensazione è che la struttura sia inesistente e che si perdano in un bicchiere d'acqua.
Per il resto bellissimi prodotti ma molto cari.
E parlando di prezzi: una salopette che ieri era scontata sul sito al 50%, oggi è a prezzo pieno, collezione della stagione passata. Bohhhh
I had a hallucinating experience with a return. Shipped in July, I was reimbursed in late September, after an incredible amount of phone calls, emails and registered mail. The feeling is that the structure is non-existent and that they get lost in a glass of water.
For the rest, beautiful products but very expensive.
And speaking of prices: a dungaree that yesterday was 50% discounted on the site, today is at full price, last season's collection. Bohhhh
