Non rispondono alle email. Non è possibile che un negozio che vende articoli di questo genere abbia un servizio inesistente! Attention bad service! Ho acquistato un jeans on line che ho dovuto rendere solo perche' non andava bene per me per la vestibilita'. Assistenza pre e post vendita eccellente. Non e' vero che non rispondono al telefono a me hanno risposto sempre e ho trovato estrema gentilezza. Capo bellissimo effettuato il reso avuto il riaccredito in tempi brevissimi. E' brutto quando si leggono recensioni che non rispondono al vero. Lo consiglio assolutamente! Generally I do not leave reviews but in this case it is a must. It 's not true that they do not answer the phone to me they always answered and I found extreme kindness. Beautiful garment made the return had the re-credit in a very short time.
