Prima per corona virus, poi per le ferie, ora non conosco motivo (non so chi contattare), ma ancora è chiuso. Non è professionale e responsabile, mi sento presa in giro ?? Mi hanno regalato uno zainetto per Natale, aprendolo ci siamo accorti che aveva degli aloni nella parte posteriore dovuti a rilascio di colore dalla pateletta superiore (zainetto fatto visionare anche in tintoria che mi hanno confermato essere un difetto del prodotto). Mi reco al negozio con uno zainetto NUOVO E MAI UTILIZZATO con scontrino fiscale e GARANZIA DI DUE ANNI, dopo averla visionata mi dicono che sono stata io a provocare il danno e che non è possibile che sia stato venduto un prodotto fallato. Decido di non incaponirmi con la commessa (che non è la responsabile del negozio) e decido di contattare direttamente il service che dopo aver allegato tutte le foto e NON AVER MAI VISIONATO DI PERSONA IL PRODOTTO mi dicono che la loro linea è priva di questi difetti. Zainetto pagato più di 100 euro!!!! Sono stata per anni una cliente affezionata obag, ma dopo questo triste episodio non acquisterò più nulla!! A star because you can't give less! I decide not to incaponirmi with the saleswoman (who is not the manager of the shop) and I decide to contact the service directly who, after having attached all the photos and HAVING NEVER SEEN THE PRODUCT IN PERSON, tell me that their line is free of these defects . Backpack paid more than 100 euros !!!! I have been a loyal obag customer for years, but after this sad episode I won't buy anything anymore !!
