Sono sempre stata accolta molto bene nei punti vendita furla ma purtroppo in questo no.
Mi hanno fatto aspettare fuori dalla porta per ben 3 minuti prima che l’aprissero (in orario di apertura).
Appena entrata ho chiesto informazioni su una borsa in vetrina e mi è stato detto che si trattava di un porta cellulare cosa scorretta essendo che sul sito ufficiale furla si parla esattamente di BORSA. Una volta indossata non ho ricevuto alcun consiglio, la commessa non mi sembrava molto competente e propensa nel suo lavoro.
Non aggiungo altro anche se avrei altre cose negative da sottolineare. Mi spiace perché cercavo quel modello di borsa da tantissimo tempo, ma data la brutta esperienza, non l’ho acquistata.

I have always been very well received in the Furla stores but unfortunately not in this one.
They made me wait outside the door for 3 minutes before they opened it (during opening hours).
As soon as I entered I asked for information on a bag in the window and I was told that it was a cell phone holder, which is incorrect since the official furla website speaks exactly of BAG. Once worn, I did not receive any advice, the saleswoman did not seem very competent and inclined in her work.
I won't add anything else even if I have other negative things to point out. I'm sorry because I had been looking for that bag model for a very long time, but given the bad experience, I didn't buy it.
