★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi gestisce il parcheggio dovrebbe soltanto vergognarsi per i prezzi praticati. Non è possibile pagare euro 6,50 per il tempo di scaricare i bagagli. Ma vi pare normale? o credete che la gente trova i soldi sulle piante.Fatevi un esame di coscienza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online and paid in advance. When arrived at the park the automatic car plate recognition didn't work. I called several times for support but no one ever answered. I managed to get into contact only 15 minutes later, when I already had to park in another place not to miss the flight. The parking refused to reimburse anything and clearly stated to sue them in order to get reimbursed. Reply to answer: first of all, publicly disclosing private booking information denotes a huge lack of professionalism (I could also sue you to the "Garante della privacy"). Second, the booking to which I'm referring to wasn't made with my name, as multiple people were in the car. Third, I already contacted you when this happened; I'm not going to waste my time anymore.
