β β β β β I would like to give exactly 4,5 stars. Because it was really good, but not perfect tho.
+it's near bus stop with a direct line to Venezia (line L4 to Piazella Roma), 10 minutes travel time, 3 euro adult ticket when you buy it from the bus driver, 1,5 euro when you buy it in the booth
+it's really cheap considering local prices
+toilets in the building
+kind staff
-a huge disadvantage - very very very (3x very is on purpose) tight place. I mean, there are three spots between the wall and pillar, but if you really put three cars in those places, none of the drivers will ever get out, most Italians who parked there took two spots in the first place, so be ready for this

β β β β β Nicely organized parking space with good prices and possibility for online reservation, which for so many dates seems necessary when you are going to Venezia. Easy to locate and to get around from there to bus or train station. Prices are very moderate. The only problem is really small elevator and uneven parking spaces - some are really bug while others are really small.

β β β β β Parking fine, prices - for this city and location near the station - are also acceptable. It is worth booking a place earlier via the Internet, although when I arrived, the employee did not even look at the printed confirmation of the booking, gave the token and directed to the top floor. Unfortunately, reservations are made there (without the roof cover). Elevators are available.
The bus stop towards the station is located on the other side of the street, getting off the bus is in front of the building. There, at the bus stop, there is a public transport ticket vending machine - useful on holidays, when everything else is closed. Note: for several people you should (probably) buy several separate tickets, not one for several trips, because it is not the same. If you prefer trains and short walks - it takes some 10-15 minutes to the station.

β β β β β If you want to keep your car safe and pay less than Venice parking, this is a good address.
From there it is easy to drive via Bus (line 4L) in front on the other side of the street to Venice.
Note: you need to be familiar with your (big) car as the parking deck circles are tight.

β β β β β When we came to venice the first time , we rent a car from pisa and head to venice . We didnβt know that a car cannot be parked directely at Hotel . We wasted almost 2 houres looking for parking . The parking that are near from center are very expensive and it does not matter if you park close or far brcause both ways you have to buy a ticket for a bus or a boat or both ways . From this Garage we booked online and we park our car . Itβs far 13 minuts from the center . We bought a bus ricket from a tabacco store that is on the other side from the Garage and then reached to the water station bought a regular ticket from a machine costet 7 euros . Itβs better to book in advance and save your time and money . I forget to mention that garage is cheap . It costs 35 β¬ for 3 days which is super !
