Apparently a ghost Hertz employee that I called at the phone number for reservations outside of the US made my reservation. When I arrived, I was told more than once that my reservation was "unconfirmed", but no one could/would explain what that meant to me even though I had NO emails asking me to confirm, but more than one email using the verbiage that I HAD confirmed/confirmation that I showed to the local employees. I had a reservation number. I had locations, times, everything. I booked via a Hertz employee via their reservations phone number with my Gold number. I had the nerve to get upset, so magically she could only make me a new reservation for more than double the price. I was also told I could not use their phone to call THEIR reservations number to fix THEIR mistake. Where is the middle finger emoji? Went to Locauto in the station, and they were amazing. Matched the price of my original Hertz reservation without even knowing about that fiasco.

The woman initially dealing with my bookinbooking was brilliant and courteous with good grasp of english. The Male employee however was not and should seriously change jobs if he doesn't enjoy working with tourists and being customer focus. I asked for help setting up GPS which was a major inconvenience to him before telling me hurry up and leave because he is busy. The three stars are all for the woman employee.

Any traveller will have problem for some delay. Such like traffic, flight delay, train delay or bus delay. And May not be able to make phone calls. My booking time is 10:00am and I cannot make it until 11:30am. The guy there told me my car is not there anymore therefore I have to change my trip by train. It is pre-pay on line and I cannot find any words are written in such situation in the car rental contract. That's really sucks.

I've never had worse service than I did at this car rental. I mean, in the WORLD. Not only was the employee inefficient, he didn't even have a car for us after I'd reserved one months prior. Beware: you'll be treated like garbage and you won't get the only thing you came in for.

We didn't know that the office closes at 6 p.m. and our pick up time was at 6 p.m. We were late for 15 minutes and couldn't get the car. The next day we went there in the morning again. I was angry and I act angrily so they didn't help me. But they told me that if I smile for once they will help. So I smiled and apologized, then they gave the car without any problems. ?
