Didn't provide the vehicle as guaranteed. And tried to charge more than the guaranteed price. Will never use Europcar again.

There were no cars available at the rental station, even though my reservation was made 11 days earlier. We were almost late for our flight. The staff at the Europcar Venice scoffingly told us that the cars MAY arrive in the afternoon. Horrible experience, I will not use Europcar again.

Nothing wrong with Europcar but we would not rent a car in Italy again. We took ours back a day early to avoid any more ztl fines. Had to return it to the airport instead out where we picked it up as our GPS kept wanting us to go through restricted zones. Extra 15 euros.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a rental car online for a day, but when I arrived I had to stand in line for 20 min only to be asked why I hadn't called beforehand. I was told that they don't know about my booking and that they don't have a car for me. After this, they STILL took the money from my creditcard. SCAM!

We rented a car that was slated to be dropped off on a Saturday at this location. Upon our arrival, the office was CLOSED. They did not advise us about this when we picked up the car. We tried to call various other Europar locations, but there was no answer. We looked for a drop box for the keys, but could not find one. Then we had to leave the car on the street, and slide the keys under the door; as we had a train to catch. Upon our return to the US, we were charged an additional two days rental for our vehicle. It took Europcar twelve-days to respond to my initial email to customer service regarding this situation. They have still not fixed the charges or responded to them. All calls to customer service USA/UK have resulted in being on hold and then looped into a message to "email" them. Avoid this sloppy business unless you like to get the 'runaround'.

SCAM ! Worst experience renting car, office close and they force You to park the car on paid parking spaces and to pay for it,They probably working with the parking facility and get %. they have to be responsible for they business and not charge costumers for parking because they dont have one. also the car was very dirty when I received it interior and exterior, food pieces on seats,
