Il Signor Alessandro Biassoni, disponibile, competente e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.
Da subito ci ha proposto un test drive.
Il preventivo presentatoci è stato esaustivo e vantaggioso economicamente rispetto ad altri presentatici in modo sbrigativo e poco chiaro.
Inutile dire che abbiamo prenotato da loro la nostra nuova auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli ultimi sei anni mi è capitato di ritrovarmi a passare per questa concessionaria in cui ho comprato solo un auto usata. Avevano esattamente quella che stavo cercando per cui non ho badato molto al servizio. Quest'ultima volta ero indirizzato verso un auto nuova e purtroppo non se ne è fatto nulla. Poco chiari e poco flessibili. Per vedere un auto in pronta consegna siamo passati due volte e alla fine abbiamo potuto solo vederne una simile ma non quella contrattata. Sulle configurazioni di finanziamento poca flessibilità ne propensione a proporre soluzioni alternative..alla fine ho acquistato da altro concessionaria. Mi spiace perché la versione proposta era quella che cercavo...
In the last six years I have happened to find myself passing through this dealership where I only bought a used car. They had exactly what I was looking for so I didn't pay much attention to service. This last time I was directed to a new car and unfortunately nothing has been done about it. Unclear and inflexible. To see a car ready for delivery we passed twice and in the end we could only see a similar one but not the one we had contracted for. Regarding the financing configurations, little flexibility nor propensity to propose alternative solutions .. in the end I bought from another concessionaire. I'm sorry because the proposed version was the one I was looking for ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato in un concessionario Toyota diverso da questo ma pessima esperienza,sono andato da Mariani anche se più lontano da casa mia e mi ha spiegato tutto ciò che c'era da sapere(anche perché nella prima concessionaria non erano stati in grado nemmeno di farmi il preventivo).
Il venditore Alessandro è stato bravissimo, gentilissimo e molto disponibile e paziente!!
Alla fine l'auto è arrivata mesi in anticipo e alla consegna mi ha spiegato ogni minima funzione dell'auto!!!
Ora a chi deve sostituire o acquistare un'auto io consiglierò Mariani!!!
I went to a Toyota dealership other than this one but very bad experience, I went to Mariani even if farther from my home and he explained everything there was to know (also because in the first dealership they had not even been able to make me the estimate).
The seller Alessandro was very good, very kind and very helpful and patient !!
In the end the car arrived months in advance and upon delivery he explained to me every little function of the car !!!
Now to those who have to replace or buy a car I will recommend Mariani !!!
