Vale olhar cuidadosamente o veiculo na garagem e pedir para anotarem qualquer dano e risco que tiver, ja que como a loja esta num local e o estacionamento esta a alguns metros de distancia, um funcionario nao esta junto para "a vistoria" e isso impede problemas futuros. No retorno também devolvemos o carro sozinhos e vale notar que apesar da obrigatoriedade de devolver em um determinado andar de estacionamento, a devolução da chave é no andar terreo e pode causar alguma confusão. A due mesi, dopo vari solleciti, ancora sto aspettando il rimborso. Pratica truffaldunina. I booked online, they pocketed 360 euros and then told me that the van I requested was not available. Poi vado a ritirare l’auto nel parcheggio a 10 minuti a piedi dall’ufficio. Auto esteticamente con diverse botte e strisci a vabbè….. Dentro era ancora sporca in condizioni che in questo periodo forse si potrebbe anche evitare Non consiglio assolutamente I withdrew a replacement car. The staff had gone out to make some coffee and then I had to wait outside in the cold 15 minutes. Then I go to pick up the car in the parking lot 10 minutes walk from the office. I’ve opened the case with car-rental aggregator that I have used. One month and I’m still waiting for results of investigation.. Maggiore is terrible company, will never deal with them again!!!

Several months after my location with Budget (part of Avis) which went alright, I got charged more than 200 euros in adminstrative fees for fines I supposely got and never heard of. They charge 40 euros per infraction just to "give your informations" to the government instance that deals with fines. Very frustrating.
