โ โ โ โ โ I read many really negative feedback about this company, but yesterday I booked 4 trips with them; me, wife & 3 kids, they all came on time with the correct requested car type and the drivers were all very polite and helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a flight at 18:15.. called this service for 5 adults and 1 child. The taxi service said there was no taxis (the bigger ones) to accomodate us all so i had to book two normal ones which was completely ok with me . But then the first taxi arrives after 10 minutes and guess what? The big one. But the driver insists he cannot take us all as we have booked 2 taxis. That was ok too as we were in a jam. But most annoying thing was the attitude of the drivers. Nothing friendly about them. Took us to the airport with a scowl and no greetings .. nothing. The same thing happened after we came back from prague after two days. The scornful driver with a look of disgust and boredom. These people should not drive taxis if they do not have a basic common courtesy towards their clients. Absolutely horrible attitude of drivers. Someone from the management should atleast arrange a lesson of politeness and common courtesy to these drivers.

โ โ โ โ โ Our flight was delayed from the UK and we ended up at Treviso airport at 03:00 am in the morning. We called the taxi firm and was advised the taxi would be 20 minutes.
30 minutes later, the taxi driver called us directly and explained he was running late and would arrive in 20 minutes. We ended up waiting for an additional 40 minutes until he arrived. Total waiting time was 1 hour. We were in a group and although I had ordered a private taxi to take us to our destination, the taxi driver decided to make a side deal with another person who also needed a taxi. He had a 10 seater van so was trying to make as much as possible from one trip. We had originally agreed to a fixed fee, however when I asked if he could make a stop at the train station which was on route he said he would switch to the meter. I reluctantly agreed.
Once we arrived at the train station he realised the journey cost was a lot less than we originally agreed in the beginning. He said we must pay the amount on the meter now including his tip, and then he will charge a fixed rate to our final destination. As you can imagine we protested with no success. After we were forced to pay, he decided he did not want to take us any further. Unloaded our bags from the vehicle and asked us to leave.
Our taxi driver had a very bad attitude and was a complete crook. This company needs to be more conscious of who they employ and the quality standards of the service they provide.

โ โ โ โ โ Be prepared to pay more that the promised rate!! We were told 35 euros to airport from Mestre at the booking desk but the driver demanded 45 euros when we arrived. We said we are going to call to complain and that we were told 35 euros flat rate. When we complained he said to call their line. Called customer line and that was also useless. The lady said she doesnt know how much their rates are..which is apalling for a customer service line..Radio Taxi need to improve management of their drivers and customer service needs to improve. Our driver also dangerously sped and breaked hard at traffic lights, nearly fell forward..safety is also another feature professional taxi services should provide at the very least.

โ โ โ โ โ incredible bad rip off service. For a short ride from Venice Airport to the Airport hotel the official charge was around 9 Euros and the the counter switched in a second to 17,60 Euro. We were told this is the minimum price. The taxi we used was taxi number 3. It was the end of our holiday and we didn't want to spoil our mood but companies like this one unfortunately support the bad image of Italy.
To the response of the company: Thank you for responding so quickly. The charges you mention were already included in the taxometer price which we accepted.

โ โ โ โ โ Cost me $20 euro to go from my hotel to the mall (5 miles), then they charged $40 for the way back. Their reason being that they charge from the minute you call. The guy on the phone is very rude, with a short fuse if you canโt understand him.

โ โ โ โ โ This taxi is very bad, window was opened, no air conditioner, extremely unfriendly driver, driving so dangerous, worst, i dont recomend this taxi as ur choice. For management, please kindly fix it.
