โ โ โ โ โ Fraudsters. Got charged $650 for damages I did not cause. I took pictures of all damages before moving the car, then got charged for only a portion of the damages that I documented. Shady! Go elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ Laid back and easy. No bullshit upsell or scare tactics about garbage I have heard a thousand times before. I could have the car I ordered or a choice if I wanted which had free GPS. Easy.

โ โ โ โ โ Avoid this car rental house at all cost. We left the car at Marco Polo airport, and when we got home we were issued an invoice of 333,73 โฌ for damage which we haven't done.
This kind of situation is not appropriate since we haven't got any concrete evidence which could prove that we have done any damage.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently rented a car from this office. Staff very helpful and friendly. Took less than 15 mins to pick up vehicle and less than 5 minutes to return vehicle, Vehicle as ordered and competitive rates. Will use again

โ โ โ โ โ The car we picked up here was quite beaten up and we had to go back inside to adjust the contract, which had a completely different car listed and no mention of damage. But the worst was when we (family including two kids) got a flat tyre in the middle of the night on a country road a week later. Discovered there was no spare tyre and the liquid in the repair kit had been used up by a previous customer. There was no human answer at the supposed supposed 24-hour assistance number, which eventually sent a link to my cell phone, leading to an online system to request a tow truck. I haven't got time to describe the ordeal it took to get a substitute car. The additional expense was over โฌ350, not to mention the time lost. Avis, never again.

โ โ โ โ โ Confusing until one gets used to the rhythm of the open hours and staging of the cars since there is almost no parking at the office. Forget about getting a receipt when you leave but have faith something will be emailed to you.

โ โ โ โ โ Good car rental, but horrible admin fee for a traffic violation. I think 50 euros is too much and a real rip off just to make more money. Otherwise was fine but I will not be using avis again because of the obscene admin fee

โ โ โ โ โ We dropped off the car here. There is a sign on the building for drop off procedure. You park the car on the 6th floor of the Saba parking garage, leave the parking ticket on the dashboard, and drop the keys in the black box at the bottom of the parking garage (or return at the office).
