★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is quite difficult to find. There is no signage in the train station. Personnel in the train station were unaware of the location. and Google Maps indicated in error that the location was a few hundred feet down the street from the station. Only after a policeman called the office were we able to find it. The office faces the tracks. And it takes way too long to get a contract issued. The cars are on the 4th floor of the building next door.
