★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. This IS NOT ENTERPRISE, they use a third party car agency. It doesnt matter if you are a business member. you dont have priority. They dont even deserve 1 star. They want to charge you for everything. They are short staffed. I arrived to the station and I was the only person there. Agent make me wait for ONE hour to get all the documents ready, they gave me a car that used more gasoline and had to spent almost 100 euros in gasoline as per compare to 50 euros that i would use on a smaller car. They wanted the car returned with a full tank and i you didnt they will charge you a 50 euro fee plus what it takes to fill the car. Thats its not the way it works with enterprise. I have a been a customer for years. Then they charged me double the amount that was on the agreement and i had to chase them down to give me money back. And I still haven't received my money. They said they will fix it and call me back and they never do. There is never a manager to talk to. I would NEVER RECOMMEND TO RENT WITH THIS ENTERPRISE. they are completely unprofessional
