★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo un'esperienza negativa. Ho portato la vettura di proprietà di VW leasing come assegnatario del servizio per un richiamo preventivato. Non solo non era contemplata la vettura sostitutiva, ma alla mia richiesta di essere almeno accompagnato a 4 km di distanza dal concessionario, mi è stato risposto che non era possibile e che avrei dovuto aspettare un tempo indefinito. Ovviamente tutto condito da toni seccati e poco consoni a quello che dovrebbe essere in questi casi. Sono andato a piedi. Mezza giornata persa. Mai più.
Unfortunately a bad experience. I brought the VW leasing-owned car as a service assignee for a budgeted recall. Not only was the replacement car not included, but at my request to be accompanied at least 4 km away from the dealer, I was told that it was not possible and that I would have to wait indefinitely. Obviously, all seasoned with annoyed tones and not in keeping with what it should be in these cases. I went on foot. Half a day lost. Never again.

Personale professionale e molto accogliente ad ogni mia domanda ho trovato risposta. Autovetture di ultima generazione perlomeno parlo della mia Tiguan sport. Dovrò studiarmi la brochure al meglio. The best Volkswagen dealer in Calabria and beyond ... among the various estimates by Chiappetta I found the right compromise. Very competitive prices. Professional and very welcoming staff to all my questions I found an answer. Last generation cars at least I talk about my Tiguan sport. I will have to study the brochure at best. Special thanks for following me step by step to Massimo, sales consultant and receptionist Sara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento nel mese di maggio 2021 se non ricordo male. Mi presento all’orario prestabilito con mio padre (invalido). Ci hanno fatto aspettare 10-15 minuti al centro della concessionaria (di fronte reception) prima che qualcuno venisse a chiedere di cosa avessimo bisogno.
Primo punto negativo.
Per secondo invece mettiamo la spocchia con cui l’addetto alle vendite, alla nostra richiesta di informazioni sul modello T-Roc, ci ha risposto (cito testualmente): “eh ma si va buanu na T-Roc ta puazzu da ad agustu”.
Chi è di zona capirà la traduzione in lingua italiana.
Ps. DARMI la T-Roc? Così si tratta un potenziale cliente che vorrebbe spendere 25/30 mila euro da te?
Contento di averli spesi altrove
Made an appointment in May 2021 if I remember correctly. I show up at the scheduled time with my father (invalid). They made us wait 10-15 minutes in the dealership center (opposite reception) before someone came to ask what we needed.
First negative point.
For the second, instead, let's say the arrogance with which the sales assistant, at our request for information on the T-Roc model, replied (I quote verbatim): "eh ma si va buanu na T-Roc ta puazzu da ad agustu".
Local people will understand the Italian translation.
Ps. GIVE ME the T-Roc? So is it a potential customer who would like to spend 25/30 thousand euros on you?
